Curaçao has published fresh requirements for applying for gambling licenses

The Curaçao Gambling Control Board (GCB) has issued guidelines for operators to apply for direct and sub-licenses. All companies wishing to continue operating in the jurisdiction must register applications by March 31, 2024.

The application process is detailed in a guidance document published this week. The main requirement is to complete and submit three forms to the regulator: iGaming application, personal history disclosure, and corporate and business information.
