Curaçao has updated the price tags on iGaming licenses

The government of Curaçao has released fresh guidance as part of its revamped licensing system for iGaming companies. In particular, there are new price tags for the services provided by the jurisdiction.

Although the updates are subject to parliamentary approval, there is more clarity for operators regarding Curaçao’s current legislation. For example, under the old rules, companies were not required to indicate whether they were B2B (business-to-business) or B2C (business-to-consumer). Consentdue diligence fee of 125 – 250 euros (12,296 – 24,593 rubles).

Annual – 24,600 euros (2.42 million roubles).

Monthly – 2,050 euros (201,665 roubles).

Per domain – 250 euros (24,593 rubles) per year, the number of domains is not limited.

Total annual license fee will cost the operator 49,200 euros (4.84 million rubles) + 250 euros (24,593 rubles) per domain.

The new fees have not yet been approved, but operators can already conduct a preliminary cost analysis and weigh up the pros and cons. Meanwhile, the growth of price tags for services and the tightening of the legislation
