Europe can be the basis for international expansion, as well as lessons that can be learned from pioneering experiences in the region.
Panelists on Access to Africa – Hyperlocalization or Hyperhypnosis? will discuss the challenges international operators face in entering the region and how they inevitably succeed despite restrictive regulation, technology and political agendas. Experts Sab Jhuti (CEO Bonmoja), Tyrone Dobbin (co-founder Sportingbet South Africa), Olabimpe Akingba (executive secretary of the Nigeria Bookmakers Association) and Charles Lee (CEO Kwiff) will examine regulatory changes, the region’s growing markets, the role of partnership and local initiatives, and the investment, technology and strategic collaboration required to succeed.
The roundtable sessions will feature specialized regional discussions on Spain, Italy, the UK, Germany, India, India, the Americas, Africa and Asia. The discussions will allow participants to share ideas, strategies and pain points with regional experts.
The second day of the conference will also feature innovative tracks on sports betting, casino, iGaming, marketing, media, payments, technology and player protection.
