UKGC introduced quarterly regulatory reports for gambling companies

The UK Gambling Commission (UKGC) required all entertainment licensees to file regulatory reports every three months. Previously, documentation was required once a year.

A corresponding change has been made to the License Conditions and Codes of Practice (LCCP). The change has several objectives: to ensure the relevance of the data received and the timeliness of the information, as well as to improve player protection measures. In addition, the quarterly reports should help improve the efficiency of companies holding multiple licenses of different types. Congreduces response time in case of unforeseen problems.
